Using this website

This website is run by DropTine Land Clearing and Excavation ("we", "us", "our"), based in Early, Texas. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is here to tell you about our services and to let you ask for an estimate. Please use it for that, and don't misuse it, for example by sending false information, spam or anything harmful through the form.

What's on the site

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it's general information about our services, not advice or a quote for your property. The photos show our own work. The text, photos and logo belong to us, so please don't copy them for other uses without asking.

Estimates

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer to do a particular job at a particular cost.

We confirm the scope and cost of the work on site, after we've walked the property. If you decide to go ahead, the work is done on the scope and terms we confirm with you for that job. If anything changes, such as conditions on the ground or what you'd like done, we'll talk it through with you before the scope changes.

Two-day minimum billing

We have no minimum acreage, but every job carries a two-day minimum billing. Hauling and running heavy equipment has a real cost however quickly a job gets done. We explain this at the estimate so it's clear before you commit.

Weather and scheduling

Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Land clearing is outdoor work with heavy machines, so weather can affect timing, particularly long wet spells that leave the ground too soft to work. We'll tell you plainly if conditions affect your schedule and pick the work back up once the ground allows. A weather delay doesn't change the scope we agreed with you.

Text message program

If you tick the consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from DropTine Land Clearing and Excavation about your request. These terms apply to those texts:

• What we send: messages about your estimate request, scheduling and your job. We don't use this program to send unrelated promotions.
• Message frequency varies, depending on your request and your job.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may get one final message confirming it, and no more texts after that unless you agree again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (325) 240-6926 or email jake@droptineclearing.com.
• Consent is optional and is not a condition of getting an estimate or of any purchase.
• We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

How we handle the information you send us, including your phone number and SMS consent, is set out in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to a few other services, such as Google Maps and Facebook. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limits on our liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the website, relying on its general information, or the site being unavailable for a time.

These website terms don't cover the clearing work itself. Work on your property is governed by the scope and terms we confirm with you for that job, and nothing here limits any rights you have under Texas law that can't be limited.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them or this website will be handled in the courts of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
